We zijn op zoek naar een Project Consultant - Inside Sales om ons Project Team in regio West-Vlaanderen te vervolledigen.

Jouw takenpakket voor dit project:

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van activiteiten en dossiers.
  • Nauw in contact staan met de planners, salesmanagers en logistieke diensten.
  • Je volgt bestellingen op van contactname tot facturatie.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de gevraagde goederen tijdig en volgens de gestelde eisen (verpakking, kwaliteit, leveringstermijn) worden geleverd.
  • Opvolgen van eventuele leveringsproblemen en klachten en zoveel mogelijk anticiperen.
  • Contracten en bestellingen invoeren in SAP, incl. staalaanvragen en volgt de afhandeling ervan verder op.

Wij zorgen natuurlijk voor een tof vervolgproject eens deze opdracht ten einde is gelopen!

Wat maakt jou de ideale project consultant bij Jobinson?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denk- en redeneervermogen.
  • Je hebt 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met SAP, LIMS en transportdocumenten zijn sterke pluspunten.
  • Naast een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, beschik je ook over een goede kennis van het Frans het Engels.
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en leert vlot nieuwe programma’s aan.
  • Ben je flexibel om tot een uur te reizen (enkele reis) voor een project? Geweldig! We hebben consultants nodig die zich gemakkelijk kunnen aanpassen aan verschillende werkomstandigheden en -tijden, want niet alle bedrijven hanteren dezelfde werktijden.
  • Jouw honger naar kennis is grenzeloos, en je bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen.
  • Bovendien ben je niet bang voor feedback. In feite verwelkom je het en neem je het ter harte om jezelf voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Als consultant bij Jobinson ben je een geboren teamspeler, maar je kunt ook moeiteloos zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent bereid om binnen diverse functies, sectoren en bedrijven te werken
