Dann komm zu JOBLINGE. Für unser Team der JOBLINGE gAG Leipzig am Standort Dresden suchen wir ab 24.08.2026 eine Dozent*in auf Honorarbasis für unsere berufsbezogenen Mathekurs.

Wie kannst du dich bei JOBLINGE einbringen?

Uns ist die Freude an der Arbeit ebenso wichtig, wie der Erfolg. Wir hoffen natürlich, dass es dir bei uns genauso gehen wird. Der Einsatz gegen Jugendarbeitslosigkeit und die Möglichkeit, damit wirklich etwas in der Gesellschaft zu bewegen, liegen uns allen am Herzen. Mathematik ist ein wichtiger Baustein für junge Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die Ausbildung. Im Rahmen unseres Programms unterstützt du sie in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung:

  • Du führst berufsbezogene Matheangebote in Kleingruppen (ca. 5 – 10 UE/Woche) durch – praxisnah und aktivierend.
  • Du unterstützt junge Erwachsene beim Vertiefen ihrer Mathekenntnisse, die sie auf Ausbildung und Arbeit vorbereitet.
  • Du gestaltest deine Unterrichtseinheiten passgenau zum beruflichen Alltag der Teilnehmenden.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren pädagogischen Fachkräften zusammen.
  • Du entwickelst neue Workshopformate und passt vorhandene Inhalte an Veränderungen und Bedarfe der Teilnehmenden und des Arbeitsmarktes an.

Wen suchen wir?

Persönlichkeit und Team-Fit sind für uns besonders wichtig. Darüber hinaus solltest du diese Hard Facts mitbringen:

  • Qualifikation in Mathematik oder in einem technischen/wirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Lehrerfahrung mit Jugendlichen oder jungen Erwachsenen, idealerweise mit Flucht- oder Migrationshintergrund
  • Sicherer Umgang mit interkulturellen Themen, Geduld und klare Kommunikation
  • Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und junge Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten
