Als erste dedizierte Verkaufsperson bei Jobmaps übernimmst du den gesamten Verkaufszyklus im Firmenkundengeschäft - vom qualifizierten Erstgespräch bis zum unterschriebenen Vertrag - und baust mit uns die Grundlagen für ein skalierbares Sales-Team.

Hauptaufgaben:

* Führen von Discovery-Gesprächen und Produkt-Demos mit HR-Verantwortlichen und Geschäftsleitungen von Schweizer Firmen (100–2000 Mitarbeitende)

* Erarbeiten von Angeboten und Verhandeln von Verträgen

* Aufbau und Pflege einer eigenen Pipeline; in der Anfangsphase gehört aktives Prospecting (Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn, Netzwerk) dazu

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Gratis- und Pilotkunden zu zahlenden Kunden

* Begleitung des Onboardings neuer Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern

* Entwickeln und Dokumentieren von Sales-Playbook, Pitch, Preisargumentation

* Strukturiertes Rückspielen von Kundenfeedback ins Produktteam

* Verlässliche Pipeline-Führung und Forecast im CRM

Du berichtest direkt an die Gründer.

Ziele: Ramp-Phase von drei Monaten; danach eine Jahresquote, die wir gemeinsam anhand der Pipeline festlegen. Variable Vergütung auf Basis von Neu-ARR.
