Voor onze klant, een groeiende technische onderneming actief binnen HVAC, ventilatie en luchtbehandeling, zijn we op zoek naar een technisch commercieel verkoper. In deze functie combineer je technische kennis met commerciële feeling en zorg je ervoor dat klanten een correcte, haalbare en goed onderbouwde oplossing krijgen.

Jobomschrijving

Als technisch commercieel verkoper behandel je technische aanvragen van klanten en studiebureaus. Je analyseert lastenboeken, bekijkt de technische vereisten en werkt een passende selectie uit voor luchtbehandelingsgroepen, ventilatoren en aanverwante HVAC-oplossingen.

Je volgt offertes actief op, bespreekt waar nodig technische of commerciële aanpassingen en onderhandelt over prijzen. Daarnaast onderhoud je regelmatig contact met klanten, leveranciers en studiebureaus, zowel telefonisch als tijdens klantenbezoeken.

Je werkt nauw samen met de backoffice en zorgt ervoor dat goedgekeurde bestellingen correct worden voorbereid voor verdere verwerking door de logistieke afdeling.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het analyseren van prijsaanvragen en technische lastenboeken
  • Het selecteren van luchtbehandelingsgroepen, ventilatoren en HVAC-oplossingen
  • Het opmaken, opvolgen en actualiseren van offertes
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers en studiebureaus
  • Het bespreken en onderhandelen van prijzen
  • Het afsluiten van orders en voorbereiden van de verdere administratieve verwerking
  • Het samenwerken met backoffice en logistieke collega's

Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding elektromechanica. Een specialisatie in klimatisatie of regeltechniek is een pluspunt.

Je hebt ervaring in een technisch commerciële functie binnen HVAC of een gelijkaardige technische markt. Je begrijpt technische dossiers, kan klanten correct adviseren en voelt je comfortabel in een functie met veel contact en opvolging.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een goede technische basis binnen elektromechanica, HVAC of klimatisatie
  • Je hebt ervaring met technisch commerciële klantencontacten
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en courante software
  • Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en volgt dossiers correct op van aanvraag tot bestelling
