Als calculator op de projectdienst in Merelbeke-Melle verdiep je je in lastenboeken, plannen en technische fiches en vertaal je die naar concrete prijscalculaties. Je volgt projecten verder op van aanvraag tot bestelling en overlegt daarbij regelmatig met klanten, leveranciers en collega's van verkoop en aankoop. Ervaring binnen een technische of projectgerichte binnendienst is welkom maar geen vereiste. Je krijgt de kans om de nodige kennis op te bouwen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert lastenboeken, plannen en technische documenten van projectklanten.
  • Je berekent prijzen op basis van de technische en commerciële projectvereisten.
  • Je stelt offertes op die aansluiten bij het project en de klantvraag.
  • Je denkt technisch mee over geschikte oplossingen.
  • Je volgt projecten administratief op van aanvraag tot bestelling.
  • Je overlegt met collega's van de projectdienst, verkoop en aankoop.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.

Must haves

  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een commerciële ingesteldheid of bent gemotiveerd om beide verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je verwerkt technische informatie nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je werkt vlot met verschillende computerprogramma's.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten en collega's.

Nice to haves

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een projectgerichte of technische binnendienst.
  • Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Je neemt initiatief wanneer je mogelijkheden tot verbetering ziet.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne afdelingen.
