The posting

Für unseren Kunden in Obfelden suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und pflichtbewussten Verkaufsinnendienstmitarbeiter (alle). Hierbei handelt es sich um eine direkte Festanstellung, die per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung angetreten werden kann.

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung deutsch- und französischsprachiger Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen sowie Erstellung von Offerten
  • Koordination von Lieferterminen und Klärung von Kundenwünschen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Berechnung von Sonderanfertigungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst, der Logistik und externen Partnern
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Produktdaten sowie Optimierung interner Abläufe
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung im Lager

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Kenntnisse in der Baustoffindustrie von grossem Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Französischkenntnisse mind. B2-Level
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und selbstsichere Person

Die zuständige Person wird sich anschliessend innerhalb von einer Woche schriftlich oder telefonisch bei Ihnen melden.
