Du bist Zweiradmechatroniker:in mit Herz für Technik – aber der Motorradalltag ist dir mittlerweile zu eintönig?! Dröhnende Auspuffanlagen, Ölgeruch und Steuergeräte, die mehr Fehler melden, als sie beheben, füllen zwar deinen Arbeitsalltag, aber nicht mehr dich? Dann wird’s Zeit für die nachhaltige Bio-Version. Bei JobRad® Loop in Kabelsketal (Ortsteil Großkugel) schraubst du in unserer Fahrradwerkstatt an Zweirädern, die man mit eigener Kraft bewegt (oder mit ein bisschen Rückenwind vom E-Bike-Motor). Wir bereiten hochwertige Fahrräder, E-Bikes und Lastenräder professionell auf, bis sie wieder wie neu rausgehen. Dein Know-how aus der Motorradwerkstatt ist dafür Gold wert: Diagnose, Bremsen, Fahrwerk, Elektrik. Nur dass es bei uns leiser, sauberer und entspannter zugeht. Let’s ride together!

Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • Motorrad-DNA: Du hast eine Ausbildung als Zweiradmechatroniker:in Fachrichtung Motorradtechnik und bringst Erfahrung aus der Motorradwerkstatt mit
  • Neue Route: Du willst dein Können an Fahrrädern und E-Bikes einsetzen und arbeitest dabei sorgfältig und mit Blick fürs Detail
  • Gleiche Logik, anderes Rad: Mit Fahrrädern und E-Bike-Systemen hattest du noch nicht viel zu tun? Kein Problem, wir zeigen dir, was du wissen musst. Du bringst das technische Verständnis mit, den Rest lernst du bei uns
  • Kettenfett statt Motoröl: Du hast keine Angst vor dreckigen Händen, schraubst gerne und bist den ganzen Tag in Bewegung
  • Digital-Check: Laptop und digitale Tools sind für dich ein Werkzeug wie jedes andere, denn wir arbeiten papierlos und mit modernen Prozessen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau und tauschst dich im Team unkompliziert aus, egal ob beim Schrauben oder in der Mittagspause

  • Check-in: Du prüfst eingehende Fahrräder und E-Bikes auf technische und optische Schäden und bewertest deren Zustand
  • Diagnose statt Bauchgefühl: Schleifende Bremse, lockere Schraube, Haarriss im Rahmen – bei der Fehlersuche entgeht dir nichts
  • Wirtschaftlich gedacht: Du schätzt den Reparaturaufwand ein und entscheidest mit, was sich rechnet und was nicht
  • Tech-Profi: Du liest E-Bike-Antriebe per Diagnosesoftware aus und sorgst dafür, dass Motor und Software sauber laufen
  • Schluss mit Zettelwirtschaft: Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit digital und verfolgst jede Reparatur mit modernen Tools nach
  • Freigabe vom Profi: Du machst den finalen Funktionscheck – Erst wenn alles passt, geht das Bike zurück auf die Straße und in sein nächstes Leben
