Bei JobRad® Österreich GmbH entwickeln wir digitale Lösungen, die Unternehmen und Mitarbeitenden den Zugang zu nachhaltiger Mobilität ermöglichen. Dafür suchen wir Verstärkung als Senior Salesforce Engineer. In dieser Rolle entwickelst du unsere Salesforce-Plattform aktiv weiter und übernimmst schrittweise technische Verantwortung für Integrationen und einen stabilen Betrieb.

  • Du entwickelst neue Salesforce-Funktionalitäten mit Apex, Lightning Web Components und Salesforce Flows.
  • Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen und setzt sie in wartbare, skalierbare und sichere Lösungen um.
  • Du begleitest Features von der technischen Konzeption bis zum produktiven Einsatz.
  • Du wartest und optimierst bestehende Anwendungen und behebst Bugs sowie Incidents nachhaltig.
  • Du entwickelst Integrationen zu DocuSign, JustOn und weiteren Business-Anwendungen weiter.
  • Du führst Code Reviews durch und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team eine hohe Codequalität sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und externen Entwicklungspartnern zusammen.
  • Du gestaltest die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer Business-Plattform mit und übernimmst schrittweise Plattformverantwortung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Salesforce-Entwicklung.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in Apex und Lightning Web Components sowie Erfahrung mit Salesforce Flows und REST APIs mit.
  • Du bist mit Git und modernen Entwicklungsprozessen vertraut.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Softwarearchitektur und Software Design.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und gut auf Englisch.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, triffst pragmatische technische Entscheidungen und arbeitest zuverlässig sowie strukturiert.
  • Du teilst dein Wissen gerne mit anderen und möchtest dich fachlich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Integrationen, Middleware, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, DocuSign, JustOn oder vergleichbaren SaaS-Lösungen.

Faire und transparente Bezahlung ist uns wichtig. Für diese Position bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 65.000 auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Information und Consulting.
