ملخص عن الوظيفة:

البائع/ البائعة سيكون مسؤول عن الترويج وبيع منتجات ماء الذهب و التوجه لشريحة واسعة ومتنوعة من العملاء

المرشح المثالي يجب أن يمتلك مهارات عالية في المبيعات وخدمة العملاء و قدرات على التواصل و إيصال المعلومات بشكل مناسب و احترافي. يعرف كيفية استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر لتسجيل عمليات البيع. قادراً على التحدث بالعربية والتركية ، وفي حال اتقان اللغة الإنجليزية نعتبر نقطة إضافية. يتمتع بمظهر لائق مناسب لطبيعة العمل

المسؤوليات

  • الحفاظ على معرفة ممتازة بمنتجات "ماء الذهب" ، لضمان ترويج مناسب و فعال لهذه المنتجات و استجابة عالية لطلبات واستفسارات العملاء.
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية ، مع الحفاظ على جودة المبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
  • الترويج لمنتجات ماء الذهب للعملاء بالقرب من المتجر
  • الحفاظ على مظهر احترافي مناسب والالتزام بزي الشركة
  • تسجيل عمليات المبيعات على النظام الخاص في الكمبيوتر.
  • الحفاظ على رتابة ونظافة المحل (الأرضية ، الرفوف ، المدخل)
  • الحفاظ على علاقات مهنية جيدة مع العملاء.

مؤهلات

  • حامل للجنسية التركية
  • إجادة اللغتين التركية والعربية
  • خبرة في قطاع العطور.
  • مهارات بيع ممتازة و معرفة في مجال خدمة العملاء
  • القدرة العالية على التواصل مع شريحة متنوعة و مختلفة من العملاء.
  • القدرة على استخدام برامج و تطبيقات الكمبيوتر بشكل صحيح.
  • مهارات التفاوض كبيرة لحل المشاكل ومعالجة الشكاوى.
