Funciones Gestionar consultas y comentarios de clientes a través de redes sociales (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

Proporcionar respuestas rápidas, eficaces y empáticas a los usuarios.

Resolver incidencias y escalar casos cuando sea necesario.

Mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.

Trabajar de manera colaborativa con otros equipos.

Requisitos Español nativo o nivel avanzado.

Buen nivel de inglés.

Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, especialmente en redes sociales.

Actitud proactiva y habilidades comunicativas.
