Job Description

The IT Support Specialist will provide basic technical assistance to employees, help troubleshoot computer and software issues, and ensure that company systems operate smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist employees with computer, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
  • Help manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
  • Maintain IT equipment and keep records of technical issues.
  • Provide friendly technical support through email, chat, or phone.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team.

Qualifications

Qualifications – IT Support Specialist (Tesla)

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, software, and operating systems.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and IT systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and common computer applications.
