Ben jij technisch sterk in HVAC-regeltechniek en gebouwautomatisering? Werk je graag technische concepten uit en haal je voldoening uit het ontwerpen van slimme, energiezuinige gebouwbeheersystemen?

Voor een internationale, technologisch vooruitstrevende organisatie zoeken wij een Project Engineer Gebouwautomatisering (HVAC/BMS).

In deze functie ligt de nadruk op engineering (80%), aangevuld met technische coördinatie (20%) met klanten, interne collega's en onderaannemers.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch ontwerp en de uitwerking van HVAC-regelingen binnen gebouwbeheersystemen (BMS). Je vertaalt technische vereisten naar concrete ontwerpen en volledige engineeringdossiers, die vervolgens door gespecialiseerde teams worden gebruikt voor de uitvoering.

Dit is een zuivere engineering- en coördinatiefunctie, zonder eigen programmeer- of commissioningverantwoordelijkheden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Engineering & technisch ontwerp – 80%

  • Ontwerpen en technisch uitwerken van regeltechnische oplossingen voor HVAC-installaties, waaronder verwarming, ventilatie en koeling.
  • Vertalen van klantbehoeften, lastenboeken en technische specificaties naar concrete automatiseringsconcepten.
  • Uitwerken van de regeltechnische integratie van HVAC-installaties binnen gebouwbeheersystemen (BMS).
  • Selecteren van geschikte regelcomponenten, sensoren, actuatoren en automatiseringsapparatuur.
  • Opstellen en beheren van technische documentatie, zoals P&ID's, I/O-lijsten, technische beschrijvingen, materiaalselecties en netwerktopologieën.
  • Uitwerken van volledige technische dossiers als basis voor de programmering en uitvoering door gespecialiseerde teams.
  • Ontwikkelen van energie-efficiënte regelconcepten en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van technische standaarden.

Technische coördinatie – 20%

  • Afstemmen van technische oplossingen met klanten, installatiebedrijven en onderaannemers.
  • Nauw samenwerken met Project Managers, programmeurs en uitvoeringstechnici.
  • Bewaken van de technische kwaliteit en opvolgen van de engineering binnen de afgesproken scope en projectvereisten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht van de engineeringdossiers naar de uitvoerende teams.
  • Technische vragen beantwoorden en oplossingen uitwerken tijdens de realisatie van projecten.

Werkorganisatie

Tijdens de eerste zes maanden werk je vanuit de vestiging in Huizingen, waar je een opleidingstraject doorloopt en vertrouwd raakt met de technische systemen, interne processen en werkwijze.

Na deze inwerkperiode geldt een hybride werkregeling:

  • 2 dagen per week op kantoor in Huizingen.
  • 2 dagen per week thuiswerk.
  • 1 dag per week bij klanten op locatie.

Zo combineer je geconcentreerd engineeringwerk met overleg en samenwerking met collega's en klanten.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, energietechnologie, klimatisering, automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen HVAC-regeltechniek, gebouwautomatisering of BMS.
  • Je begrijpt de werking van HVAC-installaties en hoe deze via regeltechniek en automatisering worden aangestuurd.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met communicatieprotocollen zoals BACnet, Modbus en/of KNX.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen of interpreteren van technische schema's, P&ID's en I/O-lijsten.
  • Ervaring met Desigo CC of vergelijkbare BMS-platformen is een troef.
  • Kennis van AutoCAD en/of Visio is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede basiskennis Engels.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, denkt oplossingsgericht en combineert technische diepgang met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
