Bij JOBS IN MIND zoeken we een ervaren Project Planner / Cost Controller voor een grootschalige industriële projectomgeving binnen de petrochemische sector.Je werkt afwisselend op projectlocaties in Antwerpen en Rotterdam en ondersteunt de projectorganisatie bij het plannen, bewaken en financieel opvolgen van technische werkzaamheden.We zoeken geen zuiver administratieve planner, maar een professional die ervaring heeft met Primavera P6, inzicht heeft in industriële projectuitvoering en de vertaalslag kan maken tussen planning, voortgang, resources en projectkosten.

Jouw functie

Als Project Planner / Cost Controller ondersteun je het projectmanagement bij het beheersen van planning, voortgang en kosten. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare projectinformatie, signaleert afwijkingen en helpt het projectteam om tijdig bij te sturen.

Projectplanning & Primavera P6

  • Opstellen, beheren en actualiseren van gedetailleerde projectplanningen in Primavera P6.
  • Definiëren van activiteiten, werkpakketten, mijlpalen en onderlinge afhankelijkheden.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van baselineplanningen en korte-, middellange- en langetermijnplanningen.
  • Integreren van resources, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en uitvoeringsvolgorde.
  • Analyseren van het kritieke pad en identificeren van mogelijke vertragingen.
  • Evalueren van de impact van scopewijzigingen op planning en uitvoering.

Cost Control & Projectbeheersing

  • Ondersteunen bij het opvolgen van projectbudgetten, werkelijke kosten en financiële prognoses.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen tussen geplande en gerealiseerde projectkosten.
  • Bewaken van de relatie tussen fysieke voortgang, ingezette resources en kostenontwikkeling.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van cost-to-complete-analyses en forecasts.
  • Signaleren van budgetoverschrijdingen en adviseren over mogelijke bijsturingen.
  • Opstellen van periodieke voortgangs- en kostenrapportages voor het projectmanagement.

Voortgangsopvolging & Coördinatie

  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse projectvoortgang tegenover de baselineplanning.
  • Verzamelen en analyseren van voortgangsgegevens in overleg met werfleiders, supervisors en projectmanagers.
  • Afstemmen van werkzaamheden tussen mechanische, piping-, constructie- en E&I-disciplines.
  • Deelnemen aan project- en coördinatievergaderingen met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Identificeren van knelpunten en uitwerken van alternatieve planningsscenario's.
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van planningsprocessen en projectrapportering.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor, master of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen industriële projecten.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare medior- of seniorervaring in projectplanning, project controls en/of cost control.
  • Je hebt een grondige, praktische kennis van Primavera P6.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexe multidisciplinaire projecten binnen de petrochemie, chemie, energie of zware industrie.
  • Je begrijpt de samenhang tussen projectplanning, voortgang, resources en kosten.
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren van projectgegevens en het signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met projectmanagement, engineering en uitvoerende teams.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht binnen een dynamische projectomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om afwisselend in Antwerpen en Rotterdam te werken.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en kunt professioneel communiceren in het Engels.
