Job Description

Staff Revenue Operations Analyst

Overview

onsemi is seeking a highly analytical, commercially sharp, and action-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to drive forecast accuracy, revenue execution, and supply alignment. This role requires strong ownership, advanced analytics capability, and the ability to convert market signals, customer demand, and complex data into decisive business actions.

We need a proactive problem solver who communicates with confidence, challenges assumptions, and reacts quickly to changing market conditions across customers, regions, and channels.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Own the weekly revenue roll across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders, consolidating inputs, reconciling gaps, and driving alignment on the latest outlook.
  • Manage POS targets and performance, identify gaps and upside opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions with commercial stakeholders.
  • Own the recurring revenue meeting, including agenda development, executive-ready slide deck preparation, decision framing, and follow-up on actions and owners.
  • Pressure-test customer forecast changes with Sales and respond quickly to market shifts.
  • Identify demand risks and upside opportunities early, then drive practical mitigation plans.
  • Maintain a clear view of supply availability and capacity constraints, quantify and summarize demand-to-supply gaps, and drive mitigation actions to reduce risk or capture upside opportunities.
  • Analyze price changes to quantify ASP, margin, and revenue impact and identify key risks and opportunities.
  • Organize quarterly business review analysis and lead the meeting with key insights, decision points, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support AOP and 5-Year Strategic Plan cycles with rigorous, data-backed demand projections.
  • Analyze historical trends, booking patterns, channel inventory, customer signals, and market movement to sharpen forecast accuracy.
  • Translate analytics into margin-aware decisions that strengthen revenue quality and business performance.
  • Conduct price analysis to assess ASP movement, customer pricing behavior, margin impact, and revenue risk or upside opportunities.
  • Monitor and control distribution channel inventory, including weeks of inventory and aging exposure.
  • Drive channel inventory management by tracking stock levels, aging exposure, sell-through trends, and inventory quality across distribution partners.
  • Communicate recommendations crisply across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and BU leadership.
  • Push cross-functional alignment and hold teams accountable to demand planning actions.
  • Build a compelling revenue narrative by translating complex data, business drivers, risks, and opportunities into clear executive-level storytelling.
  • Develop scenario plans and sensitivity analyses to quantify revenue outcomes, evaluate trade-offs, and support timely decisions.

Present executive-ready insights and decisions with clarity, urgency, and business impact.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, revenue operations, or business analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, data modeling, and forecast performance analysis.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, or demand management systems, including Blue Yonder or similar tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of forecasting systems, demand planning processes, channel inventory management, and price analysis.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence, challenge assumptions, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry and channel business models.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
