Vos principales responsabilités : \- Effectuer le démontage et l'analyse de broches à réviser (broches mécaniques, électro\-broches et broches à haute fréquence) \- Diagnostiquer l'état des composants et définir les besoins des révisions \- Réaliser le montage des produits neufs et le remontage des broches de révision, selon les standards techniques en vigueur \- Équilibrer et effectuer le rodage des broches lors des phases de validation produit \- Réaliser des mesures dynamiques et valider les performances des broches, avant et après révision \- Rédiger des rapports de mesure et de la documentation technique \- Garantir la qualité et la conformité des travaux réalisés, sur une base protocolaire

Ce que nous recherchons : \- Titulaire d'un CFC de Polymécanicien / Micromécanicien (ou formation jugée connexe) \- Expérience en montage de précision (un atout) \- Sens de l'analyse, fort esprit d'équipe, rigoureux et autonome \- Intérêt et capacité à sortir du cadre strict du poste (par exemple pour réaliser des travaux de rectification de broche, des fabrications ou des retouches de pièces de petite série / prototypage, participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes, ...) \- Être force de proposition et de partenariat
