Role Overview:

Were seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join the sales team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement while earning performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via Yell
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for account managers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and interactions
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations
  • Research target industries and identify potential clients
  • Support campaign follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and outreach

Requirements:

  • Current university student, recent graduate, or early-career professional (Business, Marketing, Communications preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking with professionals across industries
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Eager to learn sales techniques, marketing, and client engagement
