Job Description: 

Our client is currently looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead teams at our Hyderabad and Mumbai locations. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing the sales teams, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and ethical standards.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address sales challenges and objections.
