We're Hiring | SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant

Location: Pan India Experience Required: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Priority Hiring | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Are you an experienced SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant with strong configuration expertise? We're looking for talented professionals who can independently manage client engagements and deliver successful SAP Fieldglass implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass solutions based on business requirements.
  • Independently manage client-facing discussions, workshops, and solution delivery.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and UAT support.
  • Coordinate with third-party applications and external vendors for seamless integrations.
  • Ensure successful deployment and post-implementation support.

Mandatory Skills

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP Fieldglass Functional Consulting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass Configuration (End-user experience alone will not be considered).
  • Proven ability to independently handle client interactions and solution discussions.
  • Experience in Contingent Workforce and Worker Management modules.
  • Experience in configuration, testing, and UAT activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Statement of Work (SOW) module is an added advantage.
  • Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with third-party applications/vendors.
