We are looking for experienced SDET Engineers with expertise in Healthcare Integrations, CRM, IVR, ESB/Middleware, APIs, and Interoperability Standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale healthcare ecosystems supporting member and provider experiences across integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end API and integration testing across CRM, IVR, ESB, and interoperability platforms

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for healthcare integrations

Validate FHIR R4 APIs, HL7 messages, and CMS interoperability requirements

Perform cross-system data validation using SQL across multiple integrated platforms

Lead defect triage and root cause analysis across interconnected applications and services

Validate middleware routing, transformations, payload accuracy, and exception handling

Drive automation coverage and quality engineering best practices

Mentor and guide a 10-member engineering squad on integration testing standards and automation frameworks

Lead complex end-to-end validation involving:

  • CRM Systems
  • IVR Platforms
  • ESB/Middleware Services
  • External Healthcare Partners
  • Healthcare APIs & Interoperability Layers

Preferred Qualifications

Strong Healthcare Payer Domain Experience Exposure to CMS Regulatory Standards Experience with Healthcare APIs and Data Exchange Standards Ability to quickly adapt to evolving interoperability frameworks
