At arbejde med kundesupport hos Audi betyder, at du bliver det første kontaktpunkt for vores danske kunder. Du vil repræsentere Audi som et førsteklasses brand og levere professionel support på forespørgsler om alt fra serviceaftaler og tekniske spørgsmål til bestillinger og finansieringsløsninger. Din rolle er at sikre en fremragende kundeoplevelse ved at hjælpe kunderne med at finde løsninger på en venlig og effektiv måde. Vi søger en engageret og serviceminded problemløser med en positiv og imødekommende attitude. Inden du starter, sørger vi selvfølgelig for en grundig oplæring, så du er godt klædt på til at repræsentere Audi og hjælpe vores kunder på bedste vis!

Dit daglige arbejde vil inkludere opgaver som disse:

  • Giv det højeste niveau af support til vores kunder via telefon og e-mail om en række spørgsmål
  • Giv nøjagtige og fyldestgørende oplysninger ved at følge de rette procedurer.
  • Opbyg en meningsfuld relation ved at besvare kundernes spørgsmål på en høflig, venlig og professionel måde.
  • Opfyld og overgå vores kvalitetsmål for kundeservice, overholdelse af regler og produktivitetsmål.
  • Skab en god kundeoplevelse, som folk værdsætter, og som vi er stolte af
  • Vær ansvarlig for at følge ledelsens anvisninger og give feedback

Dine kvalifikationer:

💭 Du taler og skriver dansk på modersmålsniveau og er flydende i engelsk (B2).

🎓 Erfaring med kundesupport er et plus, men ikke et must.

💻 Du har en grundlæggende forståelse for og færdigheder i at håndtere computere. Fremragende multitasking-evner.

💪🏻 Du har lyst til at lære og udvikle dig, og du er en nysgerrig undersøger og problemløser.

🥇 Stærke kommunikationsevner med fremragende telefonsamtaleevner, opmærksomme lytteevner. Du har gode evner til at opbygge interpersonelle relationer.
