Dar suporte e realizar a gestão das operações de planejamento de estoques nos clientes. Assegurar a gestão das equipes lotadas no escritório central e nas operações remotas, responsáveis pela gestão dos estoques MRO, garantindo disponibilidade de peças e otimizações do capital empregado. Ser responsável pela gestão de custos e receitas das operações dos clientes. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar o planejamento da demanda de materiais;Garantir as atividades de gestão e planejamento de estoques, através da coordenação de equipes;Analisar e mapear os processos de trabalho através do acompanhamento dos indicadores de desempenho;Garantir o desenvolvimento de novos modelos de gestão de estoques, definindo níveis ideais/mínimos;Assegurar o processo de otimização dos estoques;Reunir informações dos processos de planejamento de estoque, visando fornecer subsídios para tomada de decisão dos gestores;Realizar consultoria às diversas áreas da empresa em planejamento de estoques de peças MRO;Otimizar o capital de giro definindo junto à área de suprimentos a melhor forma de gestão de estoques;Gerir contratos das prestadoras de serviços sob sua responsabilidade;Monitorar estoques sob os seguintes aspectos: rupturas, estoque total, distribuição de itens por parâmetros de planejamento, volume de itens de investimento em estoque, volume de devoluções e volume de itens sem movimentação;Realizar viagens entre as unidades para realização de reuniões e visitas aos clientes, acompanhamento do contrato e treinamentos internos ou aos clientes;Realizar reuniões de follow up periódicas com a diretoria, gerentes e clientes;Acompanhar a execução dos contratos;Criar e aplicar instrumentos de planejamento das atividades e controle dos resultados;Preparar relatórios e apresentações de acompanhamento dos contratos;Elaborar treinamentos e treinar equipes de trabalho e clientes, quando necessário;Assegurar a gestão dos orçamentos de custeio de sua equipe e localidade, bem como gerir sua execução;Buscar novas tecnologias e assessorar a diretoria e setores da empresa;Liderar os analistas da área e garantir os resultados nos clientes;Liderar projetos complexos, envolvendo executivos, com impactos estratégicos para MRO;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Conhecimentos em Pacote Office;Experiência com planejamento de estoque;Experiência com gestão de pessoas.Informações adicionaisOferecemos um pacote alinhado ao mercado, que pode variar conforme a operação/contrato:Assistência médica;Seguro de vida;Auxílio funeral;Alimentação (vale-refeição e/ou vale-alimentação);Transporte (vale-transporte ou fretado);Parcerias com instituições de ensino;Programas de desenvolvimento e bem-estar;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR), condicionada ao atingimento de metas.Importante:Concessão conforme contrato e/ou acordo coletivo;Benefícios podem não ser cumulativos;Condições específicas serão informadas durante o processo seletivo e na admissão.
