Dann werde Teil von tailor made catering und gestalte als Business Controller (m/w/d) die finanzielle Steuerung unseres Standorts in Grünheide aktiv mit. Bei uns arbeitest du in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und profitierst gleichzeitig von den Strukturen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten der internationalen Vermaat Gruppe mit rund 145 Betrieben im DACH-Raum.

WORUM ES GEHT

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Du entwickelst und optimierst aussagekräftige Reports, Dashboards und Cockpits zur Steuerung unserer Betriebe.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit Operations, Finance, Vertrieb und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Zahlenwelt und operativem Geschäft.
  • Proaktive Steuerung: Du erkennst frühzeitig Abweichungen oder Trends und leitest notwendige Korrekturmaßnahmen ein
  • Finanzielle Analysen: Du erstellst eigenständig monatliche finanzielle Analysen für unsere Betriebe und setzt diese gezielt ein
  • Budgetplanung: Du entwickelst Budgets und Forecasts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen, dem Vertrieb und dem Finanzmanagement
  • Kennzahlen-Monitoring: Du überwachst kontinuierlich finanzielle Kennzahlen und erstellst detaillierte Abweichungsanalysen
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle finanztechnischen Angelegenheiten für den Kunden
  • Du bereitest die Kunden-Abrechnungen vor und bist Sparrings-Partner für den Betriebsleiter

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling mit P&L-Verantwortung mit
  • Technische Skills: Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in MS Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und und BI-Tools ist von Vorteil
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du bist stark in der Analyse und Interpretation von Daten und versiert in der Erstellung von Modellen, insbesondere in Excel
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
