WORUM ES GEHT

  • Unterstützung im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort
  • Durchführung administrativer Personalprozesse von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt
  • Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding von neuen Mitarbeitern vor Ort im Betrieb
  • Pflege von Personalstammdaten sowie Arbeiten in Personalmanagement- und Zeiterfassungssystemen
  • Erstellung von Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und weiteren HR-Dokumenten
  • Operative Unterstützung im Recruiting – von der Bewerberkommunikation über das Bewerbermanagement bis hin zur Koordination und Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Begeisterung für Personalthemen, Organisation und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalwesen
  • Digitale Kompetenz und Affinität für moderne Tools
  • Selbstständiges, lösungsorientiertes und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • HandsOn Mentalität und Freude an operativer HR-Arbeit
  • Allgemeine Kommunikationsstärke auch im Tagesgeschäft
  • Priorisieren und Fokussieren selbst bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
  • Sicheres Arbeiten in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
