What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for population health and health services research projects
  • Assist with participant recruitment, data collection, data management and basic data analysis
  • Support the development of evaluation frameworks, logic models and theories of change
  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings and research activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing research reports, manuscripts, presentations and project updates
  • Support ethics applications, regulatory submissions and preparation of research materials
  • Maintain research records and documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate research workshops, seminars and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to support project implementation and evaluation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Public Health/ Health Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Psychology/ Research/ Data Science/ Computer Science/ Business Analytics or a related discipline
  • Experience in research coordination, healthcare research, programme evaluation is advantageous
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, data collection and basic statistical analysis
  • Exposure to evaluation frameworks, logic models or theories of change will be an advantage
  • Good written communication and report-writing skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple project timelines
  • Comfortable engaging with different stakeholders and working in a multidisciplinary environment
