What you'll be doing

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate collaboration and partnership initiatives in line with organisational objectives and KPIs
  • Research and identify potential partnership opportunities through market research, networking and stakeholder engagement
  • Engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to explore and facilitate collaboration opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth and innovation
  • Coordinate partnership activities and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives are carried out effectively
  • Support the preparation, review and negotiation of contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements
  • Monitor collaboration outcomes and prepare performance updates, reports and market insights for management
  • Provide general support and undertake other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience with partnerships/ contract and agreement management, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage relationships with different stakeholders
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and understand market developments
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team
