Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients des agents de conditionnement de fruits, afin de renforcer ses équipes sur la chaîne de production. Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la préparation, l’emballage et le contrôle qualité des produits, dans un environnement dynamique, industriel et sécurisé.

En tant qu’agent de conditionnement, vous contribuez directement au bon déroulement des opérations d’emballage, de préparation des commandes et de conditionnement des marchandises. Votre mission principale sera de garantir la conformité et la qualité des produits expédiés, tout en respectant les normes de sécurité pour assurer une satisfaction client optimale.

Missions principales – Conditionnement, production et contrôle qualité

  • Mise en forme, tri, assemblage et emballage des produits selon les procédures en vigueur.
  • Réalisation du contrôle visuel des produits à chaque étape du conditionnement.
  • Etiquetage précis, mise en cartons, palettisation et filmage des marchandises prêtes à l’expédition.
  • Entretien de l’espace de travail : nettoyage et rangement en respectant les standards d’hygiène et de sécurité industrielle.
  • Remontée immédiate de toute non-conformité ou anomalie constatée sur les produits ou l’outillage.

Profil recherché – Agent de conditionnement H/F

  • Première expérience appréciée en conditionnement, production, logistique ou manutention.
  • Organisation, rapidité et aptitude au travail en équipe.
  • Grande rigueur dans l’application des normes de qualité et de sécurité.
  • Polyvalence, disponibilité et réactivité sur l’ensemble du poste.
  • Capacité à travailler debout et à réaliser des gestes répétitifs selon les consignes de sécurité.
  • Port de charges lourdes.
  • Travail dans un entrepôt non chauffer.
  • Autonomie, ponctualité et implication sont des atouts recherchés.

Conditions d’emploi – Poste d’agent de conditionnement (intérim, équipe, production)

  • Contrat : Intérim.
  • Horaires : en journée ou en 2x8.
  • Rémunération : à partir de 12.31€ brut/heure + tickets restaurant.
  • Prise de poste rapide.
