Job&Talent France recrute en contrat de travail temporaire un agent de conditionnement agroalimentaire (H/F) pour son client à Lorient. Poste en 35 heures hebdomadaires, horaire en équipe fixe. Missions liées aux opérations de conditionnement, contrôle qualité et respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.

Vos missions principales

  • Réaliser les opérations de conditionnement des produits : mise en barquettes, étiquetage, mise sous film, assemblage et préparation des lots selon les consignes.
  • Contrôler visuellement la qualité des produits et des emballages : détection d’anomalies, conformité des étiquettes et des informations produit.
  • Alimenter et surveiller les lignes de conditionnement : approvisionnement des composants, réglages simples et signalement des dysfonctionnements.
  • Effectuer la palettisation et la préparation des expéditions selon les instructions client et les règles de sécurisation des charges.
  • Respecter strictement les procédures d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (BPF, HACCP) et les consignes QHSE du site.
  • Renseigner les documents de traçabilité et les rapports d’activité : relevés de production, contrôles et anomalies.
  • Participer au nettoyage et à la maintenance de 1er niveau des postes de travail pour garantir la propreté des lignes.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pour assurer la continuité de la production et la qualité des produits finis.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h/semaine
  • Organisation : équipe fixe (planning à définir avec l’employeur)
  • Poste pouvant nécessiter des horaires matin / après‑midi selon l’équipe

Salaire & avantages

  • Rémunération : 12,02 euros brut/heure
  • Primes d’équipe et majorations selon les horaires et les heures effectuées (selon réglementation)

Profil recherché

  • Expérience souhaitée en conditionnement agroalimentaire ou en production industrielle appréciée
  • Bonne résistance physique : station debout, gestes répétitifs et manutentions légères
  • Rigueur, souci du détail et respect strict des consignes d’hygiène et sécurité
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, ponctualité et sens de l’organisation
  • Permis et véhicule appréciés selon lieu et horaires

Pré-requis

  • Disponibilité pour travailler en équipe fixe selon planning
  • Expérience en agroalimentaire ou en conditionnement recommandée
  • Attestation de formation hygiène alimentaire souhaitée (ou volonté de la suivre)
