Nous recrutons pour notre client à Lorient un·e agent·e logistique agroalimentaire en CDI ou en intérim selon profil. Le poste implique la gestion des flux entrants et sortants, la préparation de commandes, le stockage et la manutention de produits alimentaires en respectant strictement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité. La conduite des engins avec CACES R489 catégories 1, 3 et 5 est requise.

Vos missions principales

  • Réceptionner les marchandises : contrôle des livraisons, vérification des quantités et des documents, enregistrement informatisé des entrées.
  • Assurer le stockage et le rangement des produits en respectant les règles de traçabilité, FIFO et les consignes de température.
  • Préparer les commandes (picking) : prélèvement des produits, contrôle des références et conditionnement pour expédition.
  • Conduire les chariots élévateurs et engins de manutention avec CACES R489 catégories 1, 3 et 5 pour déplacer les palettes et charges en toute sécurité.
  • Chargement et déchargement des camions en respectant les consignes de sécurité et d'arrimage.
  • Réaliser les opérations de préparation et d’étiquetage selon les procédures, et renseigner les documents de traçabilité et les bons de livraison.
  • Participer aux inventaires et au suivi des stocks, signaler les écarts et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (BPF, HACCP) et les consignes QHSE du site.
  • Assurer l’entretien de premier niveau du matériel et alerter la maintenance en cas d’anomalie.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h/semaine (ou selon la convention applicable).
  • Organisation : poste en équipe fixe ou en équipes tournantes selon le site
  • Possibilité d’horaires matin / après‑midi / nuit et travail en week‑end selon les besoins de la production.

Salaire & avantages

  • Rémunération : 12,02 euros brut/heure.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en logistique ou en environnement agroalimentaire souhaitée.
  • Possession du CACES R489 catégories 1, 3 et 5 obligatoire et pratique régulière de la conduite d’engins.
  • Connaissance des règles d’hygiène et sécurité alimentaire (BPF, HACCP) et des bonnes pratiques de manutention.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, respect des procédures et des consignes QHSE.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, bonne communication et sens du service.
  • Permis B et véhicule appréciés selon le lieu et les horaires.

Pré-requis

  • Disponibilité selon planning logistique (équipe fixe ou tournante).
  • Maîtrise des CACES R489 catégories 1, 3 et 5 à jour.
  • Respect strict des règles d’hygiène alimentaire ou volonté de suivre la formation hygiène si nécessaire.
