Jobandtalent, agence spécialisée dans le recrutement, recherche pour l’un de ses clients un(e) cariste titulaire des niveaux CACES 1, 3 et 5 dans le secteur de la logistique et de la manutention.

📝 Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’exploitation, vous intervenez sur des opérations de manutention, de stockage et de préparation de commandes au sein d’un entrepôt. Vous aurez pour mission principale d’assurer les déplacements sécurisés des marchandises à l’aide de chariots élévateurs (CACES 1, 3 et 5) et de veiller à la bonne organisation des flux logistiques.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à réaliser le chargement et le déchargement des camions, le rangement des palettes, la mise en stock et le prélèvement de produits selon les fiches de préparation. Vous contrôlerez l’état des colis et palettes, signalerez toute anomalie, et participerez aux opérations d’inventaire et d’étiquetage.

🧾 Missions principales

  • Manutention et conduite : conduire des chariots élévateurs (CACES 1, 3 et 5) pour déplacer, charger et décharger des palettes et marchandises.
  • Préparation de commandes : prélever, conditionner et étiqueter les produits selon les bons de préparation.
  • Stockage : ranger les marchandises aux emplacements définis et optimiser l’utilisation des espaces de stockage.
  • Contrôle qualité : vérifier la conformité et l’état des produits, signaler les écarts et assurer le suivi des anomalies.
  • Entretien : assurer la vérification quotidienne et l’entretien de base des chariots (niveaux, propreté) et respecter les règles de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Participation aux opérations : aide aux inventaires, manutentions manuelles et travail en équipe pour garantir la fluidité des opérations.

⏱️ Conditions de travail

Type de contrat : Intérim (selon besoin).

Durée hebdomadaire : 35 heures, possibilité d’heures supplémentaires.

Horaires : journée, postes en équipe possibles (matin / après-midi / nuit) et parfois travail le week-end selon la planification.

Rémunération : selon profil et convention. Avantages : prise en charge des frais de transport, mutuelle, tickets restaurant ou prise en charge des repas selon la mission.

👤 Profil recherché

  • Qualifications : CACES 1, 3 et 5 obligatoires et à jour.
  • Expérience : expérience en logistique, magasinage ou sur poste de cariste appréciée Expérience dans le secteur frais est demandé
  • Qualités requises : rigueur, sens de l’organisation, respect strict des procédures de sécurité, autonomie et esprit d’équipe.
  • Bonne condition physique, capacité à porter des charges et à travailler en environnement logistique (froid possible selon site).
  • Savoir lire et écrire pour la saisie des documents et l’utilisation d’un lecteur/scanner.
