The posting

Job&Talent recrute pour son client à Artenay un(e) cariste polyvalent(e) qui assurera également des missions de préparateur de commande. Evolution possible en CDI.

Vos missions principales

  • Conduire et manipuler différents engins de manutention (CACES 1 et 5) en respectant les règles de sécurité.
  • Effectuer des opérations de préparation de commandes : picking, mise sur palettes, emballage et étiquetage.
  • Chargement et déchargement des camions, regroupement et rangement des palettes en zone de stockage.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des produits et la conformité des commandes (contrôle des références, quantités et état des colis).
  • Participer aux inventaires et signaler toute anomalie ou non-conformité au responsable d’équipe.
  • Respecter les consignes d’hygiène, sécurité et qualité en vigueur sur le site.
  • Travail en collaboration avec les autres caristes et l’équipe logistique pour garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.

Horaires

  • Travail en 2 équipes : 08h00-16h00 et 10h00-18h00.
  • Postes fixes selon planning ; possibilité d’horaires décalés selon les besoins de production.

Salaire & avantages

  • Rémunération : 12,31 euros brut/heure.
  • Avantages : CET rémunéré à 10%, primes possibles, parrainage et autres avantages agence.
  • Opportunités d’évolution en CDI au sein de l’entreprise cliente.

Profil recherché

  • Détenteur(trice) des CACES 1 et 5 obligatoires et attestations de formation à jour.
  • Expérience préalable en conduite d’engins et préparation de commandes souhaitée.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect des procédures de sécurité.
  • Bonne condition physique (manutentions régulières) et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Motivation pour un poste en CDI et envie de s’investir durablement.
