The posting

Dans le cadre de missions d'intérim, JobandTalent recrute un Chef d'équipe pour l'un de ses clients spécialisé dans le secteur des fruits et légumes, situé à Cavaillon.

Vos Missions principales

  • Encadrer et accompagner l'équipe de conditionnement au quotidien.
  • Organiser les postes de travail et répartir les tâches.
  • Participer aux opérations de conditionnement (filets, cartons, barquettes, palettes).
  • Régler les machines et effectuer les changements de formats.
  • Contrôler la qualité des produits et le respect des cadences.
  • Veiller à l'application des procédures QHSE, HACCP et IFS.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des produits et le suivi des indicateurs de production.
  • Gérer les aléas de production et proposer des actions correctives.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h (avec possibilité d'heures supplémentaires)
  • 35h / semaine du lundi au samedi inclus

Profil recherché

  • BTS en production, qualité ou agroalimentaire exigé.
  • CACES R489 catégories 1, 3 et 5 en cours de validité.
  • Maîtrise des opérations de maintenance de premier niveau.
  • Connaissance des démarches d'amélioration continue.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité (QHSE, HACCP, IFS appréciées).
