Job&Talent France, recrute en contrat de travail temporaire, un chef d'équipe H/F à SAINT DIDIER SUR CHALARONNE pour son client dans le secteur de la logistique.

Vos Missions principales

Contrôle des activités logistiques :

 Adapter les moyens et ressources nécessaires à la charge de travail dans le respect du budget et des engagements contractuels clients

 Gérer et adapter les plannings de son équipe ainsi que les absences (CP, etc…) selon les consignes en vigueur

 Assurer le 1er niveau de réponse opérationnelle au client

 Suivre et animer des KPI (sécurité, productivité, qualité, réactivité, …)

 Être garant de la qualité de service et du respect des process.

Animation de la sécurité :

 Garantir la Sécurité en faisant appliquer le règlement intérieur et les consignes de sécurité

 Participer à l’analyse et la réduction des accidents du travail.

Management d’équipes :

 Accueillir et s’assurer de l’intégration et de la formation des nouveaux arrivants

 Fédérer et animer son équipe afin de garantir la performance de celleci

 Former l’équipe aux process et être garant du respect des process

 Mettre en place des communications managériales de proximité (brief, communication, etc…)

 Gérer les situations conflictuelles et en reporter à son manager

 Veiller au respect de la réglementation du travail (durée du travail, repos, pauses etc…)

 Favoriser l’évolution et la progression des collaborateurs

 Réaliser les entretiens annuels et suivre les objectifs fixés

 Développer la polyvalence des opérateurs

 Veiller à la bonne gestion des activités en contrôlant la bonne affectation des heures / client / activité

 Veiller à la bonne gestion des temps (absence, présence) en lien avec le service RH

 Proposer des actions d’amélioration continue (évolution, innovation et optimisation les procédures et outils)

 Participer au processus de recrutement des opérateurs en lien avec le Service RH.

Horaires

- Durée de travail : 35h hebdomadaires

- Durée de la mission : entre 3 à 6 mois - Horaires de travail : travail en équipes (horaires à définir)

  • 05h00 – 12h30
  • 12h30 – 20h00

Salaire & Avantages de cette mission:

- Rémunération: 2 200€ brut/mensuel

- CET rémunéré à 10%

 Connaissance de WMS

 Maitrise du Pack Office

 Maitrise des modes Opératoires et Process

 Maitrise des règles de sécurité, de rangement et de propreté

 Compétence en suivi de données

 Management et animation d’équipe

Expérience :

Une première expérience en management d’équipe dans la logistique, industrie ou transport
