Dans le cadre de missions d'intérim, JobandTalent recrute un Chef d'équipe pour l'un de ses clients spécialisé dans le secteur de la logistique à ANDREZIEUX.

Vos Missions principales

Management d'équipe

  • Encadrer une équipe de 10 à 30 collaborateurs (préparateurs de commandes, caristes, agents logistiques).
  • Animer les briefs de prise de poste et transmettre les consignes.
  • Organiser et répartir les tâches selon les priorités d'exploitation.
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences des collaborateurs.
  • Intégrer et former les nouveaux arrivants et les intérimaires.
  • Réaliser les entretiens de suivi et participer au développement des équipes.

Pilotage de l'activité

  • Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de productivité, qualité et sécurité.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI).
  • Veiller au respect des délais de préparation et d'expédition.
  • Adapter les ressources en fonction de la charge d'activité.
  • Identifier les dysfonctionnements et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h (avec possibilité d'heures supplémentaires).

  • Rémunération : entre 12 € et 14 € brut de l'heure, selon votre profil et votre expérience.

Profil recherché

  • Bac à Bac+3 en Logistique ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans minimum en management d'équipe logistique.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (WMS, Excel, outils de suivi de production).
  • Bonne connaissance des flux logistiques.
  • Les CACES 1B, 3 et/ou 5 sont un plus.
