Job&Talent recherche activement un(e) Chef de cuisine pour l’un de ses clients, établissement de restauration Collective.

Vos missions principales

  • Superviser l’ensemble des activités culinaires du restaurant et garantir la qualité des plats servis
  • Élaborer les cartes et menus en accord avec la direction, en intégrant saisonnalité et approvisionnement local
  • Organiser et optimiser la production en cuisine (préparations, cuisson, dressage)
  • Gérer les achats, contrôle des coûts et suivi des stocks
  • Manager et former l’équipe cuisine : recrutement, planning, évaluation et transmission des savoir-faire
  • Assurer le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP)
  • Veiller à la présentation des plats et à la constance des prestations
  • Participer à l'élaboration de recettes, fiches techniques et coûts de revient

Horaires

  • Horaires variables 06h00-14h30 ou 07h00-15h30
  • Poste en intérim pouvant évoluer sur un poste en CDI

Salaire & Avantages

  • Rémunération 13.46€
  • Repas sur place ou indemnité repas
  • Indemnité de fin de mission et congés payés 10%

Profil recherché

  • Expérience significative en tant que Chef de cuisine ou Sous-Chef
  • Formation en restauration / cuisine souhaitée (CAP, BEP, BTS ou équivalent)
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques culinaires et des normes HACCP
  • Compétences en gestion des coûts, achats et management d’équipe
  • Créatif(ve), rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et capable de travailler sous pression
  • Bon relationnel, sens du service et de la qualité
  • Disponibilité pour horaires atypiques et mobilité si nécessaire
