Job&Talent France recrute en contrat de travail temporaire, pour son client spécialisé dans la restauration collective, un(e) Chef gérant(e) à ANGERS.

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible, selon les besoins du client.

Vos Missions principales

  • Organiser et superviser l'ensemble de la production culinaire du site.
  • Élaborer les menus dans le respect des fiches techniques, des grammages et des contraintes alimentaires des convives.
  • Participer à la préparation et au dressage des entrées, plats et desserts.
  • Encadrer, coordonner et accompagner l'équipe de cuisine au quotidien.
  • Planifier les tâches et répartir le travail selon l'activité du service.
  • Gérer les approvisionnements, les commandes, les stocks et la réception des marchandises.
  • Contrôler la qualité, la fraîcheur et la conformité des produits utilisés.
  • Veiller au respect du budget, des coûts matières et des objectifs de rentabilité du site.
  • Garantir la satisfaction des convives et maintenir une relation de qualité avec le client.
  • Contrôler la présentation et la qualité des plats servis.
  • Faire appliquer les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et la méthode HACCP.
  • Assurer le suivi des relevés, procédures et documents réglementaires.
  • Participer à l'entretien, au nettoyage et au rangement de la cuisine et des équipements.

Horaires

  • Horaires 07h00-15h30 du lundi au vendredi.

Avantages de cette mission:

  • Rémunération 2194.62€

Profil recherché

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en cuisine, de type CAP, BEP, Bac professionnel ou équivalent.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en restauration collective et/ou en tant que chef gérant(e), chef de cuisine ou second de cuisine.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques culinaires, l'organisation d'une production et la gestion d'une équipe.
  • Vous connaissez les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire ainsi que la méthode HACCP.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion des stocks, des commandes et des coûts matières.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome, rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer les priorités.
  • Vous avez le sens du service, du relationnel et du travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes réactif(ve), polyvalent(e) et force de proposition.
