Job&Talent recrute pour une mission en restauration : un·e Commis de cuisine (H/F) pour renforcer les équipes de notre client.

Vos missions principales

  • Préparer les ingrédients (laver, éplucher, découper) et effectuer les préparations froides et chaudes en respectant les fiches techniques.
  • Participer à la production des entrées, garnitures et desserts en quantité et qualité nécessaires au service.
  • Assurer le dressage et la mise en place des postes pour le service.
  • Veiller au respect strict des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
  • Contrôler la qualité des produits réceptionnés et contribuer à la gestion des stocks (étiquetage, rangement).
  • Nettoyer et entretenir le poste de travail et le matériel, participer au maintien de la propreté des locaux.
  • Travailler en équipe et suivre les instructions du chef de cuisine pour assurer un service fluide.

Horaires

  • Jours travaillés : du lundi au vendredi
  • Horaires typiques : matin 07h00–15h00

Salaire & avantages

  • Rémunération : 12.31€
  • Indemnités de fin de mission et congés payés conformément à la législation.

Profil recherché

  • Formation en cuisine (CAP, BEP, ou équivalent) souhaitée ou expérience significative en restauration collective/traditionnelle.
  • Autonome, organisé·e et capable de travailler en rythme soutenu.
  • Esprit d'équipe, bonnes qualités relationnelles et sens du service.
  • Connaissance et application rigoureuse des règles HACCP.
  • Motivation, ponctualité et sens du détail.
