Vous souhaitez intégrer le secteur du transport de voyageurs et contribuer à la mobilité urbaine et interurbaine ? Notre agence Jobandtalent recherche pour un de ses clients un(e) conducteur/conductrice de bus motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du service.

Missions principales pour le poste de conducteur/conductrice de bus – Transport de voyageurs en sécurité

  • Assurer le transport en toute sécurité des passagers sur les lignes urbaines ou interurbaines attribuées.
  • Accueillir, informer et accompagner les usager·es dans le respect des règles de courtoisie et d’équité.
  • Veiller à la ponctualité et à la qualité du service conformément aux horaires et itinéraires définis.
  • Encaisser et vérifier les titres de transport, contrôler la régularité à l’accès du bus.
  • Assurer l’ouverture et la fermeture des portes en garantissant la sécurité des personnes à la montée et à la descente.
  • Entretenir l’ordre et la propreté du véhicule, signaler toute anomalie mécanique ou incident survenu lors de la conduite.
  • Respecter le code de la route, les consignes de sécurité et la réglementation liée au transport de voyageurs.

Profil recherché pour devenir conducteur ou conductrice de bus – Compétences et qualités attendues

  • Titulaire du Permis D en cours de validité et de la FIMO (Formation Initiale Minimum Obligatoire) Voyageur à jour.
  • Première expérience comme conducteur/conductrice de bus appréciée, mais débutant·e accepté·e avec bonne motivation.
  • Sens des responsabilités, ponctualité, autonomie et sang-froid face aux imprévus.
  • Bonne présentation, sens du relationnel et aisance à communiquer.
  • Capacité à gérer la clientèle avec professionnalisme et bienveillance.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires décalés, week-ends et jours fériés selon la planification 5 jours sur 7 (2 jours de repos).

  • Poste à pourvoir en CDI ou mission longue selon besoin client.
  • Rémunération : 2034.34 € Brut + 13ème mois + prime d’ancienneté à partir de 6 mois
