Job&Talent recrute des conducteur de cour de nuit pour son client situé à PONS.

Vos missions principales

  • Assurer la conduite des manœuvres et la gestion du trafic au sein de la cour pendant la plage horaire de nuit en garantissant la sécurité des personnes, des véhicules et des marchandises.
  • Organiser l’accueil et l’installation des conducteurs routiers (réception, consignes, affectation des quais) et veiller au respect des procédures d’entrée/sortie.
  • Superviser le chargement et le déchargement des véhicules : coordination avec les équipes magasinage et vérification des documents de transport (bons de livraison, bordereaux, CMR).
  • Contrôler l’état des quais, des équipements et des moyens de manutention ; signaler et faire remonter toute anomalie ou incident selon la procédure QEHS.
  • Planifier et coordonner les priorités de circulation dans la cour pour optimiser les flux et limiter les temps d’attente.
  • Tenir à jour les registres et documents (entrées/sorties, incidents, interventions) et transmettre les informations nécessaires aux équipes de jour.
  • Intervenir en tant que référent·e sécurité durant le service, appliquer et faire appliquer les consignes (EPI, circulation, zones interdites) et participer aux rondes de sécurité.
  • Collaborer avec les services maintenance et logistique pour coordonner les interventions et améliorer les process de la cour.

Horaires

  • Du dimanche au jeudi : 20h00 - 04h20 20 min de pause

Salaire & avantages

  • Rémunération : 12.14e/brut
  • CET rémunéré à 10%
  • Parrainage

Profil recherché

  • CAP/BEP ou équivalent en Transport
  • Permis B (véhicule de cour)
  • Permis 26T/40T
  • FIMO et FCO à jour
