Nous recrutons pour notre client à Lorient un·e conducteur·rice de ligne agroalimentaire en CDI ou en intérim selon profil. Le poste consiste à piloter et surveiller une ou plusieurs lignes de production, assurer la qualité des produits, régler les équipements, coordonner les opérateurs et appliquer strictement les procédures d’hygiène et de sécurité. Une expérience en production agroalimentaire et la connaissance des règles QHSE sont indispensables.

Vos missions principales

  • Assurer la conduite et la surveillance de la ligne de production : démarrage, arrêt, réglages et optimisation des cadences.
  • Contrôler la conformité des produits en cours de production (visuel, poids, dimensions) et appliquer les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (BPF, HACCP) et des consignes QHSE du site.
  • Coordonner et accompagner une équipe d’opérateurs : répartition des tâches, formation terrain et suivi des performances.
  • Réaliser les opérations de maintenance 1er niveau et remonter les anomalies ou pannes à la maintenance.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des lots, renseigner les documents de production et les fiches qualité.
  • Participer aux changements de formats, aux réglages machines et aux essais de production.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue : proposer des mesures d’optimisation, participer aux réunions de production et aux audits internes.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h/semaine (ou selon la convention applicable).
  • Organisation : poste en équipe fixe ou en équipes tournantes selon le site.
  • Possibilité d’horaires matin / après‑midi / nuit et travail en week‑end selon les besoins de la production.

Salaire & avantages

  • Rémunération : 12,31 euros brut/heure.
  • Primes d’équipe et majorations horaires selon la convention et les horaires effectués.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en conduite de ligne ou poste similaire en agroalimentaire souhaitée.
  • Connaissance des règles d’hygiène et sécurité alimentaire (BPF, HACCP) et des bonnes pratiques de production.
  • Capacité à piloter des indicateurs de production, à analyser des non‑conformités et à mettre en place des actions correctives.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, autonomie et esprit d’équipe.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et aptitude à encadrer une petite équipe d’opérateurs.
  • Permis B et véhicule appréciés selon le lieu et les horaires.

Pré-requis

  • Disponibilité selon planning de production (équipe fixe ou tournante).
  • Maîtrise des procédures qualité et hygiène propres au secteur agroalimentaire.
  • Expérience en conduite de ligne ou formation technique en production industrielle appréciée.
