L’agence d’intérim Job&Talent recrute un·e conducteur·trice de ligne de production circuits pour son client, acteur majeur du secteur industriel électronique.

Poste à pourvoir en intérim, avec possibilité de renouvellement selon les besoins de l’activité.

Missions principales – Emploi conduite de ligne circuits électroniques

  • Assurer la conduite, le réglage et la surveillance d’une ligne automatisée de fabrication (circuits imprimés, composants électroniques...)
  • Approvisionner la ligne en matières premières, contrôler la qualité et la conformité des opérations
  • Détecter les dysfonctionnements techniques et effectuer les premiers diagnostics
  • Garantir la traçabilité des opérations sur l’outil informatique dédié
  • Réaliser les opérations de maintenance de premier niveau
  • Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité, qualité et environnement sur la ligne de production
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de production et participer à l’amélioration continue des process

Organisation du travail

  • Jours travaillés : du lundi au vendredi. Travail en équipe 2x8
  • Contrat intérim, mission longue

Salaire et avantages – Offre emploi conduite de ligne automatisée

  • Salaire compétitif à partir de 12,40 € brut / heure
  • Compte Épargne Temps (CET) rémunéré à10%
  • Indemnités de fin de mission et congés payés selon la législation

Profil recherché – Poste conducteur-trice ligne circuits imprimés

  • Première expérience en conduite de ligne, opérateur·trice de production
  • Bonne capacité d’apprentissage des process industriels et sens de l’organisation
  • Rigueur, autonomie, réactivité, travail en équipe
  • Aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec l’équipe de production et la maintenance
  • Sensibilisation aux règles d’hygiène, sécurité et qualité
  • Maîtrise des bases informatiques
