Job&Talent recrute pour son client un profil CONDUCTEUR DE PROCESS (H/F) polyvalence sur le poste d'AGENT DE FABRICATION. Le poste est le second du chef de fabrication et couvre la production et les tâches administratives liées à l’atelier.

Horaires :

  • Jours travaillés : du lundi au vendredi
  • Horaires : 8h00 - 12h00 / 13h00 - 16h30 (35h hebdomadaires)
  • Possibilité de travail en 2x8 lors des pics d’activité

Durée & formation :

  • Contrat : mission intérim (durée à définir selon besoin client)
  • Formation initiale d'environ 1 mois prévue sur poste

Salaire & avantages :

  • Rémunération : 28K/annuel
  • Majoration heures supplémentaires et astreintes si applicable
  • Avantages : CET, mutuelle selon durée de la mission, possibilité de prime selon performance

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience en production industrielle ou en fabrication souhaitée
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect des procédures qualité et sécurité
  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles, sens du travail en équipe
  • Autonomie dans la gestion des priorités et des tâches administratives liées à la production
  • Permis et habilitations (ex : CACES) appréciés selon poste

Missions principales :

  • Assister le chef de fabrication dans le pilotage quotidien du process de production
  • Superviser et réguler les lignes de production, assurer la continuité de service
  • Réaliser les réglages machines et veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements
  • Contrôler la qualité des produits selon les standards et consigner les non-conformités
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue : remontée d’informations et propositions d’optimisation
  • Gérer des tâches administratives : saisie de données de production, suivi des stocks, transmission des informations au service qualité/maintenance
  • Former et accompagner les opérateurs en binôme avec le chef de fabrication
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les règles de sécurité et d’hygiène

  • Capacité d’analyse et sens des priorités
  • Esprit d’équipe et sens du service
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale
  • Adaptabilité : possible travail en 2x8 selon pic d’activité
