The posting

Job&Talent France recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim) des cuisinier·ère·s pour son client à Grasse, secteur restauration.

Vos missions principales

  • Préparer et dresser les plats selon les fiches techniques et les standards de l'établissement.
  • Assurer la mise en place des postes (préparations froides et chaudes) et le stockage des denrées.
  • Cuire, assembler et présenter les plats en respectant les délais et les règles d'hygiène HACCP.
  • Contrôler la qualité des produits et signaler toute non‑conformité au responsable.
  • Participer au nettoyage et à l'entretien du poste de travail et des matériels.
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité et contribuer à la bonne organisation de la cuisine.
  • Travailler en équipe et s'adapter aux variations du service (mise en place, service, plonge).

Horaires

- Durée de travail : 35 heures par semaine (possibilité d'heures supplémentaires selon le besoin)

- Jours travaillés : à définir (incluant parfois soirs et week‑ends)

- Horaires de travail : variables selon planning et services

  • Rémunération : selon expérience et convention collective

Profil recherché

  • Expérience souhaitée en cuisine professionnelle (restaurant, collectivité ou traiteur).
  • Connaissance des règles d'hygiène alimentaire (HACCP) et respect strict des procédures.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Rapidité d'exécution, rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Flexibilité horaire et disponibilité pour les services (soir, week‑end) selon le planning.
