L’agence d’intérim Job&Talent recrute un·e cuisinier·ère pour l’un de ses clients dans le secteur de la restauration collective / d’entreprise.

Horaires :

  • Poste à pourvoir sur un planning fixe du lundi au vendredi
  • Horaires indicatifs :07h00 -15h30 avec pauses prévues selon la réglementation.
  • Possibilité d'heures supplémentaires selon l'activité.

Salaire :

  • 12.30€ / HEURE
  • Indemnités de fin de mission et congés payés
  • Majorations possibles (dimanche, jours fériés) selon la mission

Profil recherché :

  • Personne rigoureuse, organisée et respectueuse des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
  • Expérience en cuisine collective, restauration d'entreprise ou préparation de plats obligatoire.
  • Capacité à respecter des fiches techniques et des grammages.
  • Esprit d’équipe, autonomie, ponctualité et sens du service indispensables.
  • Permis B apprécié mais non obligatoire.

Missions principales :

  • Préparer et cuisiner des plats chauds et froids conformément aux fiches techniques, en respectant les grammages et les temps de cuisson.
  • Assurer la mise en place des postes et la préparation des entrées, plats et garnitures.
  • Gérer les cuissons, l’assemblage et le dressage en maintenant une présentation soignée.
  • Respecter strictement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP) : nettoyage, désinfection et rangement des postes de travail.
  • Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons (qualité, quantité, DLC) et assurer un stockage adapté des denrées.
  • Gérer les stocks de denrées courantes, identifier les besoins et signaler les ruptures au responsable.
  • Participer au service et à l’organisation du service traiteur/plateaux si nécessaire.
