The posting

Job&Talent France recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim) un(e) cuisinier(h/f) pour son client dans le secteur de la restauration collective.

Vos Missions principales

  • Préparer et cuisiner les plats selon les fiches techniques et les menus établis (préparations froides et chaudes)
  • Assurer le conditionnement, le dressage et la présentation des préparations
  • Contrôler la qualité des matières premières et informer le responsable en cas d’anomalie
  • Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP) et les procédures internes
  • Gérer le stockage, la rotation des stocks (FIFO) et l’étiquetage des denrées
  • Nettoyer, désinfecter et ranger les postes de travail et le matériel
  • Participer à la gestion des déchets et au tri conformément aux consignes du site
  • Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi des fiches techniques et des grammages

Horaires

- Poste à pourvoir sur planning fixe ou tournant selon le site

  • Horaires indicatifs : prise de service matin ou journée (ex.6h00 -14h30) avec pauses prévues selon la réglementation

Salaire & Avantages de cette mission:

Rémunération :12,30€ (taux horaire brut)

  • Indemnités de fin de mission et congés payés (IFM, CP)

  • Possibilité de formation aux règles HACCP et aux techniques culinaires

Profil recherché

  • Personne rigoureuse, organisée et respectueuse des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Expérience en cuisine collective ou restauration souhaitée
  • Connaissance des techniques culinaires de base (cuissons, découpe, assemblage…)
  • Maîtrise des procédures de nettoyage et de désinfection
  • Capacité d’adaptation, sens du service et travail en équipe
  • Permis B apprécié selon le site
