The posting

Vos missions principales :

  • Préparer et cuisiner les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et aux menus établis
  • Assurer la mise en place des postes de travail, des buffets et des plateaux en respectant les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP)
  • Contrôler la qualité gustative et visuelle des préparations et veiller au respect des grammages et des portions
  • Participer au dressage et au service lorsque nécessaire, en maintenant une présentation soignée
  • Nettoyer, désinfecter et ranger le matériel et les postes de travail en fin de service
  • Gérer les stocks de denrées courantes, identifier les besoins et signaler les ruptures au responsable
  • Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons (qualité, quantité, DLC) et assurer un stockage approprié
  • Participer à l’élaboration de recettes simples et proposer des améliorations en matière de coûts et de qualité

Horaires et organisation :

Planning prévu de 07h00 à15h30 à pourvoir du lundi au vendredi. Possibilité d’adaptations ponctuelles en fonction des besoins du service.

Profil recherché

  • Personne rigoureuse, organisée et respectueuse des règles d’hygiène
  • Expérience en restauration collective, en cuisine appréciée ; débutant·e motivé·e accepté·e
  • Sens du service, bonne présentation et aisance relationnelle
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, autonomie et ponctualité indispensables
  • Permis B apprécié mais non obligatoire
