L’agence d’intérim Job&Talent recrute un(e) Employé(e) de restauration (H/F) pour une mission auprès de son client dans le secteur de la restauration collective/traiteur.

Horaires :

  • Jours travaillés : selon planning principalement du lundi au vendredi

Salaire :

  • Rémunération : 12,31€ Brut / heure
  • Majoration nuit, dimanche et jours fériés si appliquées

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience souhaitée en restauration collective, cuisine ou plonge
  • Respect strict des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (connaissance HACCP appréciée)
  • Personne ponctuelle, organisée, réactive et autonome
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à s’adapter aux variations de service

Missions principales :

  • Préparation et assemblage des plats selon les fiches techniques et les consignes
  • Conditionnement et distribution des repas (self, plateaux, ou livraison interne)
  • Assurer la plonge et le nettoyage des ustensiles, équipements et espaces de travail
  • Contrôler les stocks et signaler les besoins en approvisionnement
  • Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de température et de traçabilité des denrées
  • Participer à la mise en place et au rangement des salles de restauration
