L’agence d’intérim Job&Talent recrute un·e Employé·e de restauration pour l’un de ses clients dans le secteur de la restauration collective / d’entreprise.

Horaires :

  • Poste à pourvoir sur un planning fixe du lundi au vendredi avec amplitudes possibles selon les besoins (matin et/ou midi).
  • Horaires de travail :07h00 -15h30 (amplitude indicative) avec pauses prévues selon la réglementation.

Salaire :

  • Smic horaire
  • Indemnités de fin de mission et congés payés

Profil recherché :

  • Personne rigoureuse, organisée et respectueuse des règles d’hygiène (HACCP).
  • Expérience en restauration collective, restauration rapide ou cuisine appréciée
  • Bonne présentation, sens du service et aisance relationnelle avec les convives.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, autonomie et ponctualité indispensables.
  • Permis B apprécié mais non obligatoire.

Missions principales :

  • Préparer et assembler des plats simples et des accompagnements conformément aux fiches techniques et aux grammages.
  • Assurer la mise en place des postes, buffets et plateaux en respectant les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
  • Veiller au respect des portions.
  • Participer au service et au dressage lorsque nécessaire en maintenant une présentation soignée.
  • Nettoyer, désinfecter et ranger le matériel et les postes de travail en fin de service.
  • Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons (qualité, quantité, DLC) et assurer un stockage approprié.
  • Gérer les stocks de denrées courantes, identifier les besoins et signaler les ruptures au responsable.
