Rejoignez l’équipe de l’agence intérim Job&Talent et participez à la préparation et à la réussite des services restauration chez nos clients. Vos Missions principales

  • Préparation des plats : découpe, cuisson, assemblage et dressage conformément aux fiches techniques et aux standards du client.
  • Production en volume : assurer le rythme de production demandé tout en conservant la qualité gustative et visuelle des préparations.
  • Respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP) : nettoyage des postes, tenue adaptée et traçabilité des opérations.
  • Contrôle qualité : vérification des températures, des portions et conformité des plats avant service.
  • Entretien du matériel et de la cuisine : maintenance de 1er niveau et remontée des anomalies au responsable.
  • Collaboration en équipe : organisation du poste, transmission d’informations et participation à la bonne ambiance de travail.
  • Polyvalence : participation occasionnelle au plonge, au dressage ou au service selon l’organisation du site.

Horaires

- Durée de travail : 35 HEURES hebdomadaires

- Jours travaillés: du lundi au vendredi - Horaires de travail (à titre indicatif) :

  • Semaine 1 : lundi au vendredi 7h15–15h
  • Semaine 2 : lundi et jeudi 11h–21h

Profil recherché

  • Expérience souhaitée en cuisine (restauration collective, traditionnelle ou rapide) ou formation en cuisine appréciée (CAP Cuisine, BEP, etc.).
  • Connaissance des règles d’hygiène et sécurité alimentaire ; certification HACCP appréciée.
  • Goût du travail en équipe, sens de l’organisation et résistance au rythme soutenu.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens du détail dans la présentation des plats.
  • Permis B et mobilité selon localisation des missions appréciés.
