Job&Talent France, recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim), des techniciens de fabrication (H/F) au Plessis-Paté (91) pour son client, un laboratoire spécialisé dans la fabrication de produits cosmétiques.

Vos Missions principales

Au sein de l'équipe de production, vous participez à la fabrication des produits dans le respect des formules, des procédures et des exigences de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité, plus précisément :

  • Piloter les opérations de fabrication d'un produit dans le respect des délais, de la qualité et de la sécurité, plus précisément : Préparer, peser et vérifier les matières premières en suivant les instructions pour chaque formule. Suivre les indicateurs (mesures et/ou visuels). Organiser la circulation et gestion des flux des matières premières et des produits. Nettoyer et entretenir les équipements et petit matériel. Vérifier et renseigner précisément les documents de production au fur et à mesure des opérations. Participer à la mise en place, à la validation et à la qualification des équipements. Prendre et passer les consignes par écrit et par oral. Participer activement aux premiers lots industriels avec le pôle transposition industrielle. Participer à l'amélioration continue du service sous forme de projet de groupe ou individuel.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35H hebdomadaires
  • Jours travaillés : du lundi au vendredi
  • Horaires de travail (à titre indicatif) : Équipe du matin : 6h00 – 13h37 / Équipe d'après-midi : 13h23 – 21h00

Salaire & Avantages de cette mission :

  • 2 250 à 2 500 € brut mensuel, selon expérience et profil.
  • CET rémunéré à 10%

Votre poste est évolutif, et votre rémunération comprendra un salaire de base (modulable selon le profil et son évolution), ainsi que des primes telles que la prime d'assiduité, la prime panier et une participation. Vous bénéficiez également de 30 min de pause/jour payées et majorées à 25% (astreinte).

Profil recherché

Issu(e) d'un Bac Pro « Conducteur Process » ou « Bio-industries de transformation » ou d'un BTS/DUT Chimie ou Biologie, vous avez une 1ère expérience en conduite d'équipement industriel obligatoirement en cosmétologie ou industrie pharmaceutique.

Vous avez une grande sensibilité aux règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, vous êtes consciencieux et aimez travailler en équipe. Vous communiquez facilement grâce à votre aisance relationnelle et vous êtes force de proposition.

Port de charges lourdes pouvant aller jusqu'à 25kg.

Poste nécessitant un véhicule pour accéder au site du Plessis-Pâté.
