Job&Talent France, recherche pour le compte de son client, un laboratoire spécialisé dans la fabrication de produits cosmétiques situé au Plessis-Pâté (91), un Technicien de Maintenance Industrielle H/F dans le cadre d'une mission d'intérim.

Ce poste est à pourvoir dès que possible en CDI.

Vos Missions principales

Au sein de l'équipe maintenance, vous intervenez directement sur les équipements et lignes de production afin d'assurer leur disponibilité et leur bon fonctionnement.

Maintenance préventive et curative :

  • Effectuer les interventions de maintenance préventive selon le plan établi pour assurer la fiabilité et la disponibilité des équipements de production.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes (mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques, automatisées) et intervenir rapidement pour minimiser les arrêts de production.
  • Participer à l'analyse des pannes récurrentes et proposer des actions correctives durables.

Changement de formats et réglages :

  • Configurer les lignes de conditionnement pour les adapter aux différents formats de produits.
  • Effectuer les réglages mécaniques et électroniques pour garantir la qualité et la conformité des produits finis.

Optimisation des équipements :

  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des machines en collaboration avec les équipes de production et d'ingénierie.
  • Mettre en oeuvre des ajustements ou des modifications pour optimiser les performances et la sécurité des équipements.
  • Réaliser des essais techniques pour valider les améliorations apportées.

Horaires

Du lundi au vendredi en 2x8 :

  • Équipe du matin : 6h00 – 13h37
  • Équipe d'après-midi : 13h23 – 21h00

Avantages de cette mission :

  • 2 300 à 2 700 € brut mensuel, selon expérience et niveau technique.
  • Primes liées au poste et avantages selon les conditions de la mission.
  • CET rémunéré à 10%

Ce poste est évolutif, et la rémunération comprendra un salaire de base (modulable selon le profil et son évolution), ainsi que des primes telles que la prime d'assiduité, la prime panier et une participation. Vous bénéficiez également de 30 min de pause/jour payées et majorées à 25% (astreinte).

Possibilité de bénéficier également de 4 RTT par an et d'une mutuelle familiale pour vous accompagner dans votre épanouissement professionnel et personnel.

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Bac Pro ou BTS Maintenance Industrielle (ou équivalent).
  • Expérience : Première expérience significative en mécanique, électrotechnique et automatisme.
  • Compétences techniques : Vous êtes à l'aise pour diagnostiquer des pannes, effectuer des réglages et proposer des solutions techniques innovantes.
  • Qualités personnelles : Esprit d'analyse, réactivité, rigueur et goût du travail en équipe.

Poste nécessitant un véhicule pour accéder au site du Plessis-Pâté.
